UrbanPros360 Terms of Service

By accessing or using the UrbanPros360 platform (via our website or mobile applications), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the platform and all services, transactions, and communications facilitated through it.

1. Platform Overview

UrbanPros360 is a marketplace that connects service providers ("Sellers") with individuals or businesses seeking services ("Buyers"). We serve as a neutral facilitator and are not a party to the actual transactions between buyers and sellers.

UrbanPros360 does not own, manage, or directly provide the services listed on the platform and does not guarantee the quality or outcome of any job or engagement.

2. Buyer and Seller Responsibility

  • Buyers are strongly advised to confirm the quality and completion of the job before making payment.

  • Sellers must deliver the service as described in their listing and agreed scope of work.

3. Payments and Transactions

  • All payments should be made through the UrbanPros360 website or mobile app to ensure transaction security and eligibility for dispute resolution.

  • Any transaction or payment made outside the platform is done entirely at your own risk. UrbanPros360 will not be responsible for any loss, fraud, or service failure occurring outside the platform.

  • The platform may hold funds in escrow (where applicable) until service delivery is confirmed by the buyer.

4. Disputes and Refunds

  • Buyers must report disputes through the platform within [e.g., 48 hours] after the job is marked complete.

  • UrbanPros360 will mediate disputes to the best of our ability but does not guarantee a resolution.

  • Refunds are only available for transactions conducted through our platform and in accordance with our dispute policy.

5. Off-Platform Transactions

  • UrbanPros360 strictly prohibits taking jobs or making payments outside the platform.

  • Any such action is at your own detriment and voids our ability to assist or protect your interests.

  • Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

6. Code of Conduct

All users agree to:

  • Treat others with respect and professionalism.

  • Provide honest and accurate information.

  • Avoid spam, fraud, or any activity that may harm the integrity of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

UrbanPros360 is not liable for:

  • Loss of money, time, or business due to service failure, misrepresentation, or poor communication.

  • Issues arising from off-platform interactions or transactions.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the platform.

8. Modifications to Terms

UrbanPros360 reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
